1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Neko AI Reflexologist application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Neko AI Reflexologist provides AI-powered foot reading analysis for informational and wellness purposes. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded foot images and provide reflexology-based insights. This Service is for entertainment and general wellness information only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

IMPORTANT: The Service does not provide medical advice. All content and information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or other professional advice. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall Neko AI Reflexologist, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neko AI Reflexologist and its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and Italy, as well as the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Italy. For users residing in the United States, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms may also be brought before the appropriate courts in the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
